I know, I know; admitting to using face wipes is reason enough to lose all of my beauty street cred, but hey, I’ve been away on vacation and I’ve been so lazy with skin care, I should actually pat myself on the back now that I’m taking steps to make sure I actually remove my makeup at night.
If you’re here to read about the perfect eye cream or the holy grail moisturizer we’ve all been praying for then read no further cause, as it happens, I’m still trying to figure this whole skin care thing out. I mean who has the time for a 5-step day and night routine on top of 8 glasses of water a day? Not me, that’s who.
This is actually the face of skin care neglect and a weak bladder.
There’s never been a time in which I haven’t repelled men, but I only became aware of being a full blown Man Repeller when a guy once claimed to dislike me because my lipstick was “too red”.*
*It wasn’t. In fact, he was referring to it being too dark, not red. I was going through a goth-chic faze, and really dark plums were everything.

So I decided to make a little list of beauty products that are both low maintenance and easy to carry around.
*The previous statement is a lie; I’ve never been able to pull off this look.
Love her or hate her, you can’t deny Lana del Rey’s makeup is always on point. Inspired by the makeup in the 60’s, this look requires a pretty heavy hand with mascara and a super sharp cat-eye flick.
Hello strangers! Lately I’ve been starting to venture myself into the whole bronzed look. But since I hate tanning (yawn!), and I put a lot of effort into taking care of my skin, I found that every time I even attempted to make myself look a little less pale I ended up looking like George Hamilton.
But after months of experimenting I finally found a way to make bronzer work on my skin, so I thought I’d share the knowledge with you guys.
